Greetings,
Would it be possible to get permission or licensing for a surfing image from your website to use commercially on tee shirts? I’m an old school 66 year old surfer who can’t find “cool” surf shirts, so I decided to make my own. People seem to like them so I’m going to try and sell them. I want to do this legally and ethically. I’ve been able to obtain commercial use rights on some other images and was in hopes it could happen here as well. I look forward to hearing from you.

I really want to get married on mission beach. There will be minimal set up and only 15 people, that’s including my fiancé and me. We will be wearing wedding attire, so I was wondering if we really had to get a permit. this is a last-minute wedding; my fiancé is in the military and my aunt is the one who will merry us. Personally, I don’t think it’s big enough to need a permit for but please give me some advice.

In reply to George. Generally all amplified music requires a permit from the city. Noise that can be head 50ft away is also regulated.
