Where the locals eat Sunday brunch in Mission Beach?
The Mission

We have been going to Mission for our weekend brunch for many years. They offer “Intensely flavored eclectic dishes” at reasonable prices and great service too. Get there early or expect a short wait that is worth while. We call our trips “The mission to Mission.”
World Famous

California Costa Cuisine. Known for famous tacos, this place serves up a fancy dinner. But if you are looking for a great brunch spot, look no further. Expect a bit of a wait during peak times but the food is delicious and favorably priced. The bloody Mary is world class.
Amplified Ale Works aka. Kabob House

Hidden upstairs in a strip mall this is not only a restaurant but also a brewery. Their beer list consists of beers that are off the beaten path (no BudLight here). The food is excellent and when they are not at capacity the service is good.
Yes, one of San Diego;s Best and affordable Brunches, with Great Live JAZZ!
Do we need a reservation for a large party this sunday?
I don’t think reservations are needed, even for large parties. The brunch seem to be first come first serve.
